Customer Support Specialist About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Customer Support Specialist to support our daily installation and order management processes. This role is focused on reviewing installation information, updating internal systems, validating work orders, and following up when information is incomplete. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable working with multiple systems, and able to communicate clearly in English. Responsibilities Review cabinet installations completed the previous day using the company ERP. Prepare daily Installer Score Cards (ISC) summarizing installation results.
