Accounting Lead

The Accounting Lead will serve as the technical accounting expert for the Mexico accounting team, supporting the Controller in maintaining accurate financial reporting and strengthening accounting operations. This role is responsible for leading complex accounting activities, reviewing the work of other accountants, identifying accounting risks, and ensuring compliance with US GAAP. Unlike a traditional people manager role, this position is primarily focused on technical accounting excellence.
