ABOUT THE ROLE
FloatMe runs a compliance management system spanning testing and monitoring, regulatory reporting, state licensing, complaint handling, and disciplined recordkeeping. As we grow across states and products, we are expanding the compliance team with Compliance Officers reporting to the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. In this role you will own and advance core parts of that program: designing and executing compliance tests, supporting regulatory reporting and licensing, and keeping our controls examiner-ready. Officers on the team cross-train and share coverage, bringing independent review to each other's work. If you take pride in a compliance program that can show the evidence behind every conclusion, you will do your best work here.
