About the Role
We are seeking an HSE Manager that will report to the Site Director and will form a crucial part of the Site Leadership Team. They will have responsibility for all HSE activities across site developing, implementing, and maintaining HSE internal policies and legislation.
You will:
Act as the site expert and advisor on all Health, Safety & Environment matters.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements and corporate standards.
Challenge and support the management team to ensure effective implementation of HSE policies, procedures, and systems.
Drive a proactive Safety Culture, across all levels of the organization, influencing behaviors, ensuring employees always operate safely and responsibly.…
