Florida Institute of Technology is a growing, top-ranked university with over 2,000,000 square feet of facilities to maintain. Must be hard working, have a great attitude, excellent organization and communication skills, as well as extensive knowledge of all paint products and painting methods. This includes exterior/interior painting, texturing (knock down, orange peel, and pop corn) wet sealing, water proofing, pressure washing (both steam cleaning and soft wash). Must also be highly knowledgeable with operating equipment as well as meeting all safety guidelines. Painting of interior and exterior buildings campus wide. Pressure wash all buildings campus wide and flats. Operate hi- reach, wet sealing and water proofing.…
