Role summary: We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Business Partner to join our HR team at Flowserve. In this role, you will act as a trusted HR partner to our Hungary-based Business Support Center (BSC), supporting a diverse organization of several hundred employees across Finance and other back-office functions. You will provide hands-on HR guidance to managers and employees, helping leaders navigate complex employee matters, strengthen organizational performance and ensure HR practices are aligned with business needs, company policies and local employment legislation.
