Job Summary The Supervisor, Finance BPM and Process Excellence is a hands-on leadership role reporting to the BPM Manager. This position leads the day-to-day work of assigned Business Process Modeling team members while personally supporting complex Finance process-modeling work across Flowserve. The role is responsible for assigning work in alignment with BPM Manager priorities, reviewing team deliverables for quality, coaching employees, and escalating material delivery risks or stakeholder issues. The Supervisor will work with Finance leaders and subject-matter experts across Flowserve—not only within the BSC—to document end-to-end Finance processes and drive adoption of established BPM and ARIS standards.…
