About this role
Brazil needs a locally based Proposal Leader to lead the hybrid operating model, combining local business knowledge with the operational capacity of the GBC team in Mexico. The GBC prepares and processes quotations, while the Proposal Leader in Brazil provides local direction, sets priorities, and works closely with Sales. The language barriers and tax and commercial complexities you described require local leadership to translate business requirements into clear instructions for the GBC, resolve escalations, and coordinate validation with Finance and Tax specialists.
