We are seeking an experienced People Experience Partner to join our Australian People & Culture team in Perth. This is a newly created position providing dedicated, on-the-ground HR support to our Western Australian operations while partnering with leaders across the broader Australian business. This role offers a blend of Senior HR Advisory and HR Business Partnering, with a strong focus on employee relations, workplace investigations, performance management and leader coaching.
