Job Purpose: We are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented People Experience Partner to support the HR function at our manufacturing plant in Arakkonam. The role will be responsible for day-to-day HR operations, employee welfare, employee engagement, HR documentation, benefits administration and employee lifecycle activities at the plant.
