About this role

People Manager Development Lead The People Manager Development Lead will be a key member of the Learning, Inclusion and People Experience leadership team within the People Function. This role leads a team to design and deliver a best-in-class people management learning offering, enabling business transformation and fostering high performance. This role spans across both Flutter Functions and the UKI division, but also needs to be able to create products that would be applicable globally requiring close collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders including business leaders, the wider people team, and the global Talent and Leadership COE.
