Operations Manager - Process & Automation We’re looking for an experienced Operations & Automation Manager to help us design, implement, and automate the operational backbone of a growing tech company. This role is for someone who not only maps and improves processes , but can also build them hands-on using automation tools. You’ll bring clarity to how we work, define ownership and decision-making using frameworks like RACI and DACI , and turn operational concepts into scalable, working systems.
