Job Description: The Role As a Mainframe/Data Platform Production Support Engineer , you will provide Level 3 support for critical enterprise data platforms and applications that power Workplace Investing. You will troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues across Mainframe and distributed environments, with a strong focus on COBOL, JCL, DB2, Oracle, and SQL-based platforms .
