The Role As part of the Real Estate Strategy and Planning Team, you will report to the Vice President, Amenities and Program Management and lead initiatives that shape our workplace amenity strategy. You will develop data-driven strategies to improve performance and outcomes for food, wellbeing, transportation, and other emerging programs. You will shape amenity programs that reach more than 80,000 Fidelity associates and deliver exceptional experiences.
