The Role: The Senior Manager, Human Resources role on the Fidelity Institutional HR Team is critical to delivering value and a great experience for FI’s greatest asset - our people! You will partner with HRBPs to provide BU leaders with end-to-end HR support in workforce planning, change management, hiring, talent development, compensation and inclusion strategies that help deliver business results. This role will primarily support Fidelity Capital Markets but will have cross-FI exposure.
