Position Title: File Quality Support Specialist Business Unit: Mortgage Administration Reports to: Mortgage Banking Operations Manager Position Overview: This position is primarily responsible for the monitoring and initial audit of the documentation and file quality associated with initial loan application. In addition, they will support the processing function by ordering upfront 3rd party services. Primary Responsibilities: Reviews assigned loan applications and completes initial quality system checklist and dispositions each critical requirement with appropriate documentation.
