Associate, Business Development (M&A)

Position Summary The Associate will be a member of Focus’s business development team for M&A transactions. The Associate will join a high-functioning, nimble team and will focus on sourcing and building relationships with independent wealth management firms across the country, relying on strong communication and analytical skills to vet transaction partners for Focus. The Associate will also support the team’s M&A strategy through a wide range of business development projects. The ideal candidate is a team player, self-starter, and intellectually curious. Associates will be trained in a fast-paced environment and given immediate responsibilities, with significant daily autonomy.
