Position Summary
The Associate will be a member of Focus’ core strategy team which oversees all corporate development / M&A activities across Focus, with immediate responsibilities in M&A execution. The Associate will play a critical role in participating in every step of the deal process from proposal to close, working closely with senior team members to drive deals to completion. This includes conducting financial analysis, structuring and modeling deal terms and investment committee papers, due diligence, and coordinating with various stakeholders across the firm.
