About this role

Ford Motor Company is seeking a hands-on technology leader to lead the Manufacturing IT IIOT Platform organization. This team owns the critical data platform connecting plant-floor systems to Ford’s cloud ecosystem, supporting 40+ manufacturing facilities, 345M+ daily transactions, and 15+ enterprise applications. The role requires a leader who can define strategy, drive execution, and engage directly in solving complex technical challenges. The successful candidate will modernize and simplify the platform landscape, enable self-service capabilities for development teams, and build high-performing engineering organizations that accelerate innovation, improve reliability, and deliver measurable business value across Manufacturing.
