About the Role: The Training Specialist partners with the Global Training Manager, ForMotion leaders, HRBPs, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify development needs, build training plans and models, create and maintain learning resources, and support delivery of learning solutions. The role focuses on practical execution and scalable learning solutions aligned to global training strategy, regional business priorities, capability needs, and operational realities. This global role has an initial Americas-centered focus and requires schedule flexibility to support stakeholders across regions, including occasional meetings with European colleagues outside standard working hours.…
