Zorg met hoofd én hart. Dit is wat jij hier doet. Care to Change zoekt een betrokken psychomotorisch therapeut voor onze locatie in Zeist. Als psychomotorisch therapeut bij Care to Change werk je met volwassenen binnen de SGGZ en behandel je cliënten met complexe en meervoudige problematiek, zoals persoonlijkheidsproblematiek, trauma en angst- en stemmingsklachten. Je zet jouw expertise in op het gebied van psychomotorische therapie, waarbij bewegen en lichaamsgerichte werkvormen worden ingezet als onderdeel van de behandeling. Je werkt samen met verschillende disciplines aan samenhangende zorg. Verbinding, vakmanschap en inhoudelijke samenwerking staan daarbij centraal.…
