About the role: Forter is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel, Corporate & Securities to join our fast-growing Legal team. We have a huge opportunity in front of us, and the person we hire for this role will play a key part in ensuring we can seize it. Reporting to our General Counsel, this role will be the sole dedicated corporate and securities lawyer, focusing on corporate, securities, equity, strategic transactions and more, as well as employment and litigation matters. As a dynamic and lean legal team, we all wear a lot of different hats, so expect to get experience in commercial, privacy, product, and intellectual property matters as they arise.…
