About the role:
Reporting to Forter's Chief of Staff, the Strategy & Operations Lead will serve as a force-multiplier for the Chief of Staff function — driving execution of high-priority cross-functional initiatives, maintaining the operational cadences that keep the leadership team aligned, and supporting the preparation of key moments such as board meetings and quarterly offsites.
This is a high-visibility, high-impact role designed for someone who combines sharp analytical thinking with strong execution discipline. You'll work across the entire business, partner directly with senior leaders, and build the operational muscle to grow into roles of increasing strategic scope over time.
