About this role
Overall Purpose We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and organised Quality and Patient Safety Specialist to join our team. You will be based in our offices in Marylebone and report to the Head of Quality, Safety and Patient Experience. Principal Accountabilities To contribute to the Quality Team and work closely with Head of Quality, Safety and Patient Experience in promoting patient safety, clinical quality and the Quality strategy within the hospital. Lead on development, implementation and coordination of patient safety systems, processes and initiatives in line with national and organisational needs. This includes but is not limited to Patient Safety Incident Response Framework (PSIRF), Duty of Candour, Safety Alerts, feedback and mechanisms around lessons learnt.…
