About this role

The Clinical Team Supervisor provides day-to-day leadership and operational oversight for an assigned clinical research team, including Study Coordinators, Enrollment Coordinators, Data Coordinators, and other clinical operations staff. In this role, you will help ensure the team has the resources, training, direction, and support needed to successfully execute clinical studies. You will oversee workload and staffing, coach and develop team members, monitor quality and performance, and partner closely with Clinical Study Managers to support study timelines and operational priorities.
