You'll be joining a small, highly collaborative engineering team at Hybrid Financial http://www.hybridfinancial.com, a distribution and outreach firm that works with public companies and asset managers. We build full-stack applications, including the internal execution platforms our agents rely on every day to do their work in financial services. Engineers here work closely with each other and with the people who use what we build, so you'll see how your work affects the business directly.
We're a close team with a very long tenure. We work in person, we talk to each other a lot and we genuinely like working together. We take chances on people and invest in helping them grow.
