Mission of this Role The Reddit Content Manager sits between client accounts and the writers doing the work. You keep every account staffed, hold the quality line on what ships, and grow the writers on your team. You own content quality across your accounts, and you are the last read before work reaches a client. You will make staffing calls without full information, back your team when the work gets questioned, and make your writers better rather than doing it for them.…
