Franciscan Senior Health and Wellness PACE 1040 Sierra Drive Greenwood, Indiana 46143 The Clinical Quality Data Analyst II supports the facility in collection, interpretation and analysis of data to optimize efficiency and quality outcomes. The Quality Data Analyst is responsible for collecting data, quality control of databases, and statistical analysis of data for use in process improvement (PI) teams, provide score cards and unit/department dashboards. The Quality Data Analyst will collect and analyze data, interpret results, and submit reports and recommendations to the leadership and PI teams.
