The PSR represents Franciscan through face-to-face, phone, and electronic communication to provide information, direction, and support to internal and external customers. This position collaborates with providers, leadership, and clinical staff to coordinate patient schedules in the occupational Health EMR, urgent care EMR and direct to employer EMR.
