Stones Crossing Medical Campus 1703 W Stones Crossing Rd Greenwood, Indiana 46143 Patient Service Representatives (PSRs) play a critical role in our Physician Offices. They are the first point of contact with patients, family members and caregivers for their visit. The PSR represents Franciscan Physician Network in communication to provide information, direction and support to our customers. This role collaborates with providers, management and clinical staff to coordinate patient schedules and provide other administrative support.
