About this role

Freese and Nichols is currently searching for an experienced Field Safety Advisor . This position is available in our Fort Worth, Austin, Houston, Pearland, and San Antonio, Texas, offices. As a Field Safety Advisor, you will ensure the health and safety of FNI employees by providing expert guidance on safe practices, risk management, and regulatory compliance. You'll identify hazards, conduct safety audits, deliver training, and support a strong safety culture across all job sites and facilities. This position will require 90% travel. Primary Responsibilities: Support risk management by enforcing safety policies, assessing field risks, and ensuring they align with risk appetite.
