About the team We are a top ranked national team of 30 specialist restructuring & insolvency lawyers, renowned for our expertise and experience. The team advises insolvency practitioners, corporates, boards of directors, lenders, investors and business purchasers in respect of all issues that can arise as a result of financial pressure and distress. The team has a national reach working with clients throughout the country as well as those in the Birmingham region. Key clients include national advisory firms including Interpath, BTG, A&M and BDO. The team in Birmingham is led by Partner and National Head of Restructuring, John Jeffreys. John specialises in all aspects of restructuring and insolvency and has advised a wide range of stakeholders for over 20 years.…
