About this role

As a Global Salesforce Data Cloud Administrator, you are responsible for the administration, configuration, optimization, and continuous evolution of Salesforce Data Cloud within the global Customer Engagement ecosystem. You act as the technical subject matter expert for Data Cloud architecture, identity resolution, calculated insights, segmentation, and activation. This is a hands-on technical role requiring deep practical experience with Salesforce Data Cloud implementation, data modeling, data ingestion, identity resolution, data governance, and analytical capabilities. You will collaborate with Product Owners, CRM teams, and IT teams to deliver scalable data solutions while maintaining alignment with global data governance and architecture standards.…
