About this role

No previous dialysis experienced needed! Location: Grayslake:1837 Victor Dr Grayslake, IL 60030 Location: Mundelein: 1402 Townline Rd, Mundelein, IL 60060 Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 5pm. Schedule will be coordinated between both clinics based on patients and clinic needs. Some flexibility with hours is preferred to allow the Social Worker to connect with patients across all shifts, including 3rd shifts patients.
