Hawaii Union Regional Float Pool This addendum outlines additional requirements and expectations for employees assigned to the Hawaii Union Regional Float Pool. Floating Requirements Employees in the Hawaii Union Regional Float Pool are required to float to all Hawaiian Islands , including Kauai, Oahu, Maui, Molokai, Lanai, and Hawaii Island . Assignments are determined based on critical staffing needs and may vary from month to month. Travel Expectations Float assignments are issued one month at a time . As part of this role, employees are required to travel for a minimum duration of one month per assignment , with the possibility of extension for up to three (3) months , depending on ongoing critical staffing needs and regional coverage requirements.…
