About this role
Inpatient Patient Transporter Restock supply carts as needed. Put away supplies as directed. Move dialysis equipment (when not in active patient use) within the hospital and dialysis unit as instructed by the RN. Keep unit clean and tidy as needed. PURPOSE AND SCOPE: Responsible for the safe transportation of patients to and from areas in the clinic or hospital via a wheelchair or stretcher. Helps patients by transporting them into, around, and out of the facility. Supports FMCNA’s mission, vision, core values and customer service philosophy.
