About this role

Position location: You will be able to work remotely, from your home location, in the United States Monday–Friday schedule with no night or weekend shifts. Eligible for an annual bonus based on both company and individual performance. Position covers all 3 modalities (incenter, inpatient, home therapies). Chance to serve as a quality improvement subject matter expert. Ability to have a significant influence in supporting clinics, patients, and care teams.
