Job Summary Maternity cover: 9 months temporary contract September 2026-May 2027 Job Purpose: Responsible for administrative HR activities Advise employees on HR-related queries HR life cycle management Responsibilities / Duties: Manage the full life cycle of employees, from onboarding to offboarding; Prepare various HR documents such as end-of-trial period documents, amendment letters, work attestations, work certificates, and work permits, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and company policies; Be the first point of contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies, procedures and labor law; Manage the administration of employee benefits, including mobility allowances and lunch cards; Collaborate closely with the payroll manager to ensure accurate and timely process…
