Job Summary The Machine Operator I is responsible for the operation of a variety of CNC and manufacturing equipment in the Machining Department. The responsibilities are to monitor production to ensure maximum throughput while maintaining and ensuring quality parts are delivered to the customer. The Machine Operator I follows all part specifications by measuring and gauging parts in compliance with the prescribed in-process criteria, per the standardized work and Travelers. This requires completing all related documentation and compliance adherence. They will ensure all raw material is prepared and loaded, to maximize machine uptime. Communication to all department personnel, including escalation of machine and part issues, is vital.…
