Role Overview Freshfields is a leading international law firm, advising clients on their most complex and business-critical matters. Our Marketing and Business Development (MBD) function plays a key role in how clients and markets experience the firm. We are looking for a Change Manager to join our MBD Global Operations team during an important period of transformation. You will help colleagues adopt new technology, improved ways of working and AI-enabled tools, ensuring change is clearly communicated, effectively embedded and aligned to business priorities. What You Will Do Develop and deliver change, adoption and engagement plans for Global Operations platforms and initiatives.
