Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world! Responsibilities: Advise managers and employees across our Arnhem and Emmen sites on a wide range of HR topics. Your primary focus will be Operations, while also supporting other parts of the organisation. Guide managers on people matters , including performance, development, compensation and benefits, employability and HR policies. You’ll provide practical advice and constructively challenge when needed. Support absence management in close cooperation with occupational health providers and company physicians.
