Responsibilities: The Laboratory Support Operator will prepare test samples and moulds, perform laboratory testing activities, and support departmental trials to ensure testing is completed safely, accurately, and in accordance with defined standards. Manage and maintain laboratory test samples. Prepare test samples using equipment including band saws, routers, lathes, sanders and Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machinery. Prepare moulds by cleaning, assembling and maintaining them for testing activities. Support departmental trials by gathering materials, weighing components and mixing materials. Conduct testing in accordance with documented procedures and international standards.…
