Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world! Responsibilities: Set up, operate, monitor, and optimize production processes and production equipment to manufacture high-quality products. Perform quality checks, monitor process parameters, and take immediate corrective action when deviations occur. Change over and adjust machines during product changeovers and ensure the efficient continuation of the production process. Identify and resolve first-line equipment malfunctions, and perform minor maintenance and cleaning activities. Conduct basic laboratory and quality measurements and accurately record process data.
