About this role
Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world! Responsibilities: Established the production standard methods for current proces according to the process floe diagram and control plan, integrating the 4M's (Material, Machine, Method and Main). Supports the training processes to achieve the training schedule according to the established standard. Develops and maintains updated the necessary documents to establish the production standard (SOP, procedures, Forms, etc.). Assist the production department to solve the process issues that effect the main KPI in the areas of Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost (SQDC) by evaluating the 4M's + 2M's. Assist the quality department in solving issues and develop improvement activities that coming from internal and external sources.…
