Coordinate manufacturing, procurement and logistics activities to achieve project milestones. Maintain project schedules, budgets and progress reporting. Communicate project status and potential risks to customers and internal stakeholders. Support product testing activities and coordinate customer witnessing requirements. Prepare commercial and technical project documentation, including final project records. Drive continuous improvement of project management processes and departmental procedures.
