Responsibilities: Supervise production as per plan in respective designated Supervise proper allocation of manpower as per skills and its optimal utilization. Achieve OEE rate as per the KPIs Maintain and supervise 5S activities, continuous improvements (Kaizen), Poka Yoke and online pull system. To fulfil the requirement of IATF – 16949, ISO14001, EnMS 50001 and ISO45001 and maintain their records appropriately. Any other task assigned time to time as per need of the organization by HOD. Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment. Manage shift operations through manpower allocation, mold changeovers, machine readiness, 5S, and timely planning to ensure smooth production flow with minimum WIP.…
