Responsabilidades: · Realizar atendimento telefônico e por e-mail ao cliente. · Elaborar cotações e garantir a aprovação do cliente. · Receber o pedido de reparo, fazer análise crítica e confirmá-lo com o cliente. Realizar acompanhamento do reparo, mantendo todos envolvidos informados. · Acompanhar trâmites de importação, quando necessário. · Fazer a gestão do processo de pagamento antecipado. · Desenvolver proficiência de uso dos sistemas. Requisitos: · Tecnólogo/Superior completo (desejável). · Ter atuado em áreas administrativas. · Ter atuado em áreas administrativas, preferencialmente comerciais e de pós-venda. · Atendimento ao cliente.…
