Dein Beruf: Blanchieren, al dente, HACCP-Konzept: Das sind Begriffe, die dir jetzt noch neu erscheinen? In deiner Lehre Koch/Köchin wirst du sie kennen und lieben lernen. Als Koch/Köchin bereitest du alle Arten von Speisen zu und richtest sie kreativ und geschmackvoll an. Die Vorbereitung von Nahrungsmitteln, die Bereitstellung aller Zutaten, aber auch deren richtige Lagerung ist dir vertraut. Einen Teil deiner Ausbildung absolvierst du bei einem Gastronomiepartnerbetrieb, weil uns wichtig ist, dass du die ganze Vielfalt deines Berufs bereits während deiner Lehre kennen lernst.
