About the role: We are looking for a full-stack UX Designer to help shape customer experiences across our digital health and ecommerce platforms. Reporting to the Director of User and Experience Design, you will own the design process end to end — research, UX design, design systems, and UI — shaping how customers discover, engage with, and trust our digital products. In a single week you might move between user interviews, flows, component specs, and polished production screens. This is a hands-on IC role for someone who loves the craft and the pace. We move fast. Priorities shift. Context switching is part of the job.
