Talent Acquisition Associate - IN (Walk-in - 9th, July 2026 - Bangalore)

As a HR Associate you will be responsible for driving hiring outcomes across technical and non-technical functions in a fast-scaling SaaS environment. This role requires strong ownership, proactive pipeline building, and the ability to deliver quality hires within defined timelines. Roles and responsibilities Screen and interview candidates, organize interviews, and maintain regular communication to ensure candidates stay engaged and updated throughout the hiring process. Own end-to-end hiring with clear accountability for time to fill, time to hire and quality-of-hire. Manage both tech & non-tech hiring.
